Please read my T.O.S before purchasing art from me

Kitty's Terms of Service

Terms of service are very important to read! Please read thoroughly before commissioning me an art work to make sure things run smoothly!I kindly ask you do not show me anything I have listed as phobia as they're very triggering for me and almost all of them make me feel unwell.

DO's and Don'ts

Kitty DOES:-

1) I will draw couples for certain commission types! Each type will have information on that so please read carefully!

2) Any gender/identity (As long as it's not problematic)

3) I can draw fluffy flat face ferals for chibis and 80's style! (Furrys like Felines, Canines, Rodents, Rabbits, etc)

4) I can draw most closed species! (Please read the "DOesn't" list for definite no's)

5) Complicated Designs (As long as Reference is clear BUT additional fee may apply)

6) I'm fine with drawing religious themes such as crosses, upside down crosses, demons/devils, pagan symbols, etc!

7) I can do minimal gore such as cuts, bruises, blood and such! But I cant do guts.

8) Yes I can draw wings! As long as no veins are present through bat wings (Phobia reasons)

9) I can draw cartoonish fungus, like cute mushrooms within designs, I just can't do realistic due to a phobia i have!

10) I can draw facial hair with most styles! (Might not be great, please ask if unsure) may not look good on chibi art!

Kitty DOESN't:-

1) I will not draw: Clustered Holes, Clustered/Multiple eyes, realistic fungus, Insects, veins or Cyclopes! (Phobias)

2) I will not draw any of the following species: Tootheyes (Phobia), Migs (Phobia), Aermerea Species (Unsure of Spelling? Personal Reasons), Furry species in general! (Not confident with it)

3) I will not draw Extreme gore! Including guts. (I'm not good at it!)

4) i will not draw Fetish Art (Makes me uncomfortable)

5) I will not draw Sexual Art and most if not all NSFW! (Not good at it)

6) I will NEVER (knowingly) draw ANYTHING racist or problematic! (Obvious morality reasons)

Universal T.O.S

IMPORTANT NOTE: I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI training of any kind, even if commercial fee is purchased. Please do not use my artwork that way.1) Kitty does NOT accept nude/NSFW commissions: she will not draw anything deemed 18+! This includes but is not limited to: Extreme Gore, Fetish, Sexual Themes, etc!2) Kitty will never accept to create anything that includes hate speech or politics!3) Kitty is very cautious accepting (Fan art/Canon characters from TV Shows/Films/Anime/etc) for commissions and will more than likely turn it down!: (Mainly because if I get it wrong I get hate from the community: it makes me incredibly uncomfortable)4) Kitty does not allow holds for slots: and commission/custom forms must be filled and sent in a space of 24 hours of claiming a slot! Failure to do so will result in the slot being cancelled!5) Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours of it being sent!: Failure to do so will result in the slot/adopt re-opening!6) Commercial rights include the ability to:
1) mass create and sell the art created for you, unless that art states it was created on a base, in which case commercial rights will not be available or will be restricted. Custom Designs created on a base (such as an on base chibi design) can be sold only if redrawn off of the base, I do not give rights to commercially use my base.
2) You can use the art in order to promote yourself on posters and adverts, etc.
3) Character designs can be used within stories, story boards, comics, etc. (Basically anything that means you profit from it in the end)
4) for custom outfits, commercial rights will give you the right to put the outfit I have created onto your v-tuber model!
5) Commercial rights do Not give you the right to resell artwork on the basis of a scam or under the guise you yourself have created that art work.7) I do NOT allow my artwork to be used as NFT's or ai training even if commercial fee is paid

Commissions T.O.S

1) Kitty does not offer refunds for finished artworks!2) Kitty doesn't offer WIPS so please be descriptive in what you want if you're particular about it!3) If Kitty misses something important and obvious she will change it for free, she will not change art based on bad reference or not being told!4) Artwork (rarely) may take a little time, if you don't receive your art within 3 months you're entitled to a refund!5) Kitty does not offer holds, but for a purchase over £100, she can accept a payment plan, payment plans have to be paid within 1 month with a 30% immediate down payment that must be paid within 24 hours of making the plan, that will not be refunded should you back out!6) Kitty does not allow artwork to be used commercially without the commercial fee being paid. (x3 Original Price, example: Something £100, will be £300 for commercial use)7) Kitty withholds the right to use the artwork for portfolio purposes unless bought commercially, she will never hand the full resolution file to anyone else and will always credit for characters!8) Characters from canon series will not be taken for commissions! Due to hate from fan communities if I get it wrong in their opinion, it's very stressful for Kitty.

Adoptables T.O.S

1) Kitty does not offer refunds for purchased adoptables!2) She will not make changes to the adoptable unless it is advertised within the advertisement!3) Please always read the adopt batch specific T.O.S for rules on editing a design!4) Kitty does not allow you to make profit on her adoptable via reselling for a higher than paid for amount! (Unless art is commissioned, your own art does not count OR you have purchased commercial rights)5) You may always make a new reference for your adoptable, you may create them (for non-profit) stories to your liking, you may create new hairstyles and new outfits, use them for personal reasons such as RP, collecting, personal merch, etc!6) You are ALWAYS able to change and tweak the gender of any adoptable you receive from Kitty UNLESS, the T.O.S for a Guest Artist adoptable suggests otherwise!7) Kitty can not do proper customs where long explanations are given, she only works through aesthetic board blind customs, this is because Kitty finds it difficult to read large bodies of descriptive text!8) Kitty can give you a sketch wip with rough colour for fullbody or chibi customs but Kitty does not do WIPs for outfit customs unless she has a question for you! Once you approve the setch WIP, Kitty will no longer hand out wips due to the way she works.9) Kitty does not allow adoptables to be used commercially without the commercial fee being paid. (x3 Original Price, example: Something £100, will be £300 for commercial use) Commercial fee can not be purchased for closed species adoptables OR customs.

Trades T.O.S

1) If Kitty offers the trade to you via advertisement, it is required you finish your half first before Kitty will finish her half!2) Kitty does not allow commercial use of any trade piece unless that was part of the initial trade agreement.3) Please do not put monetary value to the piece I made you for a trade!4) Your half of the trade must be done within 1 month or the trade will be cancelled!5) Kitty does not do WIPs for Trade art! Please make sure to make your wants clear and references clean!

Hello! This particular set of commissions are done in my regular/normal style! Normally very shiny with clean, coloured lines and shading and accurate proportions to how I usually work with! This style is one i've worked on since, well, forever and is a style all my own.
